CRANBERRY MARGARITA
Ingredients
- 30ml tequila
- 15ml triple sec
- 15ml lime juice
- 15ml cranberry juice
- 1 lime
- ice cubes
- 1 orange
- salt
Instructions
- Crate some orange zest and place onto a saucer.
- Rub the rim of your choice of glass with a lime wedge and apply it to orange zest.
- Put all ingredients into a shaker and shake thoroughly for 10-15 sec.
- Strain into your glass.
THE MARGARITA
Ingredients
- 30ml tequila
- 15ml triple sec
- 25ml lime juice
- 1 lime
- Ice cubes
- salt
Instructions
- Add salt to a saucer.
- Rub the rim of your choice of glass with a lime wedge and apply it to the salt.
- Put all ingredients into a shaker and shake thoroughly for 10-15 sec.
- Strain into your glassStrain the mix into the prepared glass over fresh ice. Serve with a wedge of lime.
FIZZY SKY
Ingredients
- 30 ml tequila
- 10 ml blue curacao
- 20 ml lime juice
- 60 ml soda water
Instructions
Fill a shaker with ice and add the alcohol and lime juice. Shake thoroughly and transfer to a tall glass filled with ice. Pour the soda water to create a fizzy blue sky effect!
TEQUILA KAHLUA
Just like the name suggests, it is a tequila and kahlua on the rocks. Sip it slowly!
Ingredients
- 30 ml tequila
- 10 ml kahlua
This is a small drink which should be sipped slowly. It has a lot of bodiness and sweetish flavors. Try to identify the coofee, chocolate, vanilla and caramel flavors which are carried by the khalua.
MID-SUMMER COOLER
Ingredients
- 20 ml tequila
- 10 ml white rum
- 10 ml gin
- 10 ml agave
- 80 ml orange juice
Instructions
Put all alcohol and agave syrup to a tall glass and stir until the syrup is evenly mixed. Fill the glass then with ice then add the juice. The bottom half of the glass should be deep orange and the upper lighter with some clear edges.
TOMMY’S MARGARITA
Ingredients
- 40 ml Tequila
- 20 ml lime
- 10 ml agave syrup
- Salt for rimming
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a Boston glass and shake it until the agave is well distributed. Other stir the ingredients before shaking so that the agave syrup can dissolve evenly. We always stir our agave syrup first as it can be pretty thick. Rim a cocktail glass or a short glass with salt and strain the drink to the glass.
