Our return policy permits up to 30 days from the date of product delivery for returns. If 30 days have transpired since the receipt of your purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot authorize a refund or exchange. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as it was received.
To initiate your return, kindly provide us with your order number or a copy of the receipt. If the item(s) is/are returned within 30 days of receiving the product, we will take one of the following actions: 1. issue a full refund, excluding shipping costs, 2. send you a replacement item, or 3. provide you with a gift voucher that can be redeemed on www.easiley.com. If the products are received after the 30-day eligibility period, you will not qualify for a return. In either case, please contact us at email@example.com for assistance.
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received the item(s). Additionally, we will inform you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If your return is approved, a refund will be processed using the original method of payment used when the product was purchased, less shipping fees and in compliance with our bank refund policy. We will notify the customer once the refund has been processed. Please note that it may take up to 5 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account.
In the event that your return is rejected, we can arrange to send the item(s) back to you at your expense, or we can dispose of it as per your preference. We do not provide refunds for rejected items. A returned product may be rejected in the following circumstances;
- if the product has been used
- if the product arrives after the expiration of our return policy
- or for any other reason that we deem appropriate at our sole discretion.
The following items cannot be refunded;
- Gift cards; A gift card can be refunded only to the person who paid for it and not to the receiver.
- Sale items; Items on sale or special discounts are non-refundable unless there is a factory defect. Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within 14 business days, first contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. If you’ve done all of these and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we shall follow up.
We offer item replacements for products that are defective, damaged, or fail to meet the quality standards we have pledged to maintain, as it is our promise to deliver and exceed expectations. Please always contact us via email to allow us to work towards a resolution.
In the event that the item was marked as a gift during the purchase and was shipped directly to you, you will be issued a gift credit equivalent to the value of the return. Upon receipt of the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not designated as a gift during purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to be presented to you at a later date, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, and they will be notified of the return.
Cocktail Making Experience
The cocktail-making virtual experience cannot be refunded after the service has been provided/consumed.
If the experience is cancelled 2 hours prior to commencing time, 100% of the total amount is refunded.
