Returns and Refund Policy

Returns

You may return items within 30 days from the date the product was delivered. If more than 30 days have passed since you received your order, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when received.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please provide your order number or a copy of the receipt. If your return is received within 30 days of delivery, you may choose from the following options:

  1. Full refund (excluding shipping costs)
  2. Replacement item
  3. Gift voucher redeemable at www.easiley.com

Returns received after the 30-day period are not eligible for a refund or exchange. Please contact us at info@easiley.com for assistance before returning an item.

 


Return Shipping Costs
When returning a product, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. However, if you are exchanging an item, we will cover the shipping cost of the replacement product, while you will be responsible for the return shipping fees of the original item.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send an email confirmation. You will be informed whether your return is approved or rejected.

Approved Refunds

If your return is approved, a refund will be processed using the original payment method, minus shipping fees, in accordance with our bank's refund policy. We will notify you once the refund has been processed. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Rejected Returns

If your return is not approved, you can:

  • Request the item be returned to you (at your expense), or
  • Request disposal of the item

We do not issue refunds for rejected returns. A return may be rejected if:

  • The product has been used
  • The return is outside the eligible timeframe
  • Other circumstances that we determine at our sole discretion

Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be refunded:

  • Gift Cards – Refunds can only be issued to the original purchaser.
  • Sale Items – Items purchased at a discount or during sales are non-refundable, unless there is a factory defect.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within 14 business days, please follow these steps:

  1. Check with your credit card company – It may take time for the refund to be officially posted.
  2. Contact your bank – Processing times can vary.

If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please email us at info@easiley.com, and we will follow up.


Exchanges

We replace items that are defective, damaged, or do not meet our quality standards. If you need an exchange for a similar item, please email info@easiley.com before sending your return to:

Please contact us before returning any items so we can help facilitate the exchange.


Gifts

  • If an item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the return value. A gift certificate will be sent to you once the return is received.
  • If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the original purchaser had the item shipped to themselves before gifting it, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.

Cocktail-Making Experience

  • The virtual cocktail-making experience is non-refundable once the service has been provided or consumed.
  • If the experience is cancelled at least 2 hours before the start time, a 100% refund will be issued.
