  1. How long are shipping times?

We shall send out your products within 2 business days after we receive the order, otherwise, we shall contact you if that is not the case. The parcel is transported to the destination within 5-12 business days depending on your location and courier. In any case, we shall keep you in the loop about your order. Note that international orders may have longer times. Either case, we shall keep you informed.

  1. What is the return policy like?

Please get in touch with us immediately at info@easiley.com in case you want to return a product. We shall refund the money into the account that was used to purchase the product. Our return policy allows up to 14 days from the day you receive the products. We have multiple return addresses. Please get in touch so that we can communicate the suitable return address for you. Please refer to our refund policy for detailed information about returns and refunds refund policy.

  1. Is it possible to cancel my order?

Yes, cancellations are possible if you do not receive your package within the timeframe specified/communicated. At times orders may be sent out before we receive cancellation requests. Should you receive the package after cancelling, then let us know to process the transaction or a refund on info@easiley.com. In that case, you will need to return the item to the agreed address. We process the refund on our part within 48 hours after receiving the returned item.

  1. In case I receive the wrong item?

If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, a defect, or doesn't meet your expectations, then notify us on the contact information at the bottom of this page, and we’ll give you a full refund as soon as we receive the product, or replace the item.

  1. Do you offer exchanges?
