How long does shipping take?

We aim to dispatch your order within 2 business days after receiving it. If there are any unexpected delays, we will contact you promptly.

  • Delivery within Finland & EU: 5–10 business days, depending on your location and courier service.
  • International orders: 11-24 business days: Delivery times may vary and could take longer depending on customs processing and courier services. 

In all cases, we will keep you updated on the status of your order. You will receive a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.


What is your return policy?

If you wish to return a product, please contact us immediately at info@easiley.com for return instructions.

  • We accept returns within 30 days from the date you receive your order.
  • Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
  • We have multiple return addresses depending on your location—please reach out to us so we can provide the appropriate return details.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, cancellations are possible if your package has not yet been dispatched.

  • If your order has already been shipped, you will need to wait until it arrives and then initiate a return by contacting us at info@easiley.com.
  • If the cancellation request is approved before dispatch, your refund will be processed immediately.
  • If you receive the package after requesting cancellation, you must return the item to the agreed return address before we can issue a refund.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 48 hours of receiving the returned item. Note however, that the money may take upto 5 business days to show in your bank account.

What if I receive the wrong item?

If you receive the wrong size, color, product, or a defective item, please contact us immediately via info@easiley.com.

  • We will either send you a replacement or offer a full refund once we receive the returned item.
  • We cover the return shipping costs in cases where we have sent the wrong or defective product.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes, we do as long as the returned product is in the original condition we sent it in, and we have recieved it within the 30 day returns limit.

  • If your item is defective or does not meet your expectations, you may return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
